What is EventKing?
EventKing is a complete event management platform that lets you easily sell tickets, manage events and deliver memorable attendee experiences.
How fast can I get started?
You can launch your first ticket shop within minutes. Create an account, add your event and start selling immediately.
Is there a free version?
Yes! All organizer-facing features are free. We only charge transaction fees to customers per ticket sold.
What payment methods are supported?
We support major payment methods including iDEAL, credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers through our partner Pay.nl.
Technical
Can I embed the ticket shop on my own website?
Absolutely! You can embed it on your site or use it as a standalone hosted page. Full customization options are available.
Is there an API available?
Yes, you can access our RESTful API to integrate EventKing with your own systems and workflows.
How is data security handled?
We take security very seriously. All personal data is encrypted and stored in Europe and we are fully GDPR compliant. Payments are processed securely via the Dutch provider Pay.nl.
Can I use my own domain?

Pricing & Billing
How are transaction fees calculated?
Transaction fees are calculated on the total ticket price including VAT and are automatically deducted before payout to your account.
When do I receive payouts?
Payouts are processed automatically after your event ends, or on request. Typically within 2–3 business days.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there are no monthly fees.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, we believe in transparent pricing. What you see is what you pay—no setup fees or hidden surcharges.
